Certification requirements
- 85% attendance minimum
- 70% overall, no critical module below 60%
- 70% final aptitude, 65% Excel, 65% case, 70% interview
- Approved CV and LinkedIn + all assignments + 90-day plan
Attendance without mastery earns participation only, not MTO-ready certification.
Mastery gates
- Week 3: 70% mixed aptitude
- Week 4: 65% supervised Excel
- Week 6: 65% case and presentation
